Information about the EU Data Protection declaration (EUDATAP) We hereby inform you that, starting on May 25th, 2018, the new EU regulation regarding the protection of general data has come into effect.

Radel & Hahn or third-party service providers will use your personal information only to the extent necessary to meet the objective described in this notice, as permitted or otherwise required by the applicable law or as expressly authorized by you.
Radel & Hahn will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this notice unless the law requires or permits a longer retention period.
In addition, under the applicable law, you may exercise the right to information, access, rectification (interference with the data), erasure or opposition, not to be subjected to an individual decision and the right to appeal to the courts.
The right of opposition may be exercised at any time, due to compelling and legitimate reasons relating to your particular situation, unless there are legal provisions to the contrary. We also specify that you have the right to oppose at any time, free of charge and without any justification, that your personal data is processed for marketing purposes.
General necessary data which has already freely been provided by you and is obligatory in order to fulfil any contractual requirements for the business transaction will not be affected.
